About this event

At Seven Studios, our Reiki Sound Bath is a multi-sensory healing journey designed to clear, balance, and revitalize your energy on every level—mind, body, and spirit. You'll be immersed in the healing tones of Himalayan crystal sound bowls, each tuned to one of the seven energetic frequencies of the chakras. These resonant tones help recalibrate your body’s natural vibration, gently dissolving energetic blockages and encouraging alignment from root to crown. As you relax into this sonic atmosphere, we layer in: Therapeutic essential oils to support emotional release and energetic flow The grounding rhythm of sacred drumming Soothing sounds of rainsticks, chimes, and other natural elements to deepen the sense of presence and tranquility Throughout the experience, each participant receives individual Reiki healing—a gentle, hands-on energy therapy that works by channeling life-force energy (known as “Rei” for universal and “Ki” for vital life force). Reiki helps to: Shift stagnant energy Promote emotional and physical healing Restore clarity, peace, and vitality Whether you're new to energy work or deeply familiar, this unique offering is designed to tune your body and spirit like an instrument—returning you to a harmonious, vibrant state of being.
