At the Columbus Chamber, we know that a strong workforce is essential to business success and regional growth. Workforce development continues to be one of the top priorities we hear about from our members, and we’re bringing together experts from across the workforce ecosystem to share their insights during our final Chamber Leadership Luncheon of the year.

Together, we’ll explore workforce challenges and opportunities, success stories, lessons learned, and what’s ahead for 2027. You’ll hear perspectives from K–12 education, higher education, and adult workforce development, along with insights from a current student representing the next generation of talent.

We’ll also encourage attendees to think about their own workforce priorities and the opportunities to make a difference in the year ahead.
