About this event

AI now plays a major role in hiring, résumé screening, and workplace communication – but most people misunderstand how it actually works. This webinar teaches you how to supervise AI, not rely on it. You’ll learn what AI really does (pattern prediction, not thinking), how to describe its behavior accurately, and how to evaluate its output with human judgment.

You’ll also learn how to make your skills visible to AI-based résumé screeners, rewrite vague statements so AI can recognize them, and apply AI literacy principles to real job-search and client-support tasks. By the end of this webinar, you’ll understand how to use AI safely, clearly, and effectively.

There will be 20 minutes of open networking with fellow job seekers after the presentation.
