About this event
This class is a blend of our High + Tight and our Control class. We use heavy weights to build the muscle (Control) & light resistance with more time under tension to cut and define the muscle (High + Tight). This class is under the infrared lights, which allows us to penetrate the muscles more quickly. We keep the heat lower than our H+T class since we will be using heavier weights.
