Build strength, improve mobility, and enhance core stability through intentional movement. Looking to elevate your practice? Optional props such as Pilates balls, light weights, and the magic circle are available, with instructor guidance to help you safely progress and challenge yourself. With small class sizes and personalized instruction, you can modify or advance each movement to fit your individual goals. Build your foundation, strengthen your core, and find your flow! it?
