About this event

A “sangha” is a Buddhist term that means “community”. During this hour we come together to honor each other’s presence, share our joys and concerns, listen to music/sing together, hear a short wisdom/dharma teaching, and engage in silent meditation and sharing on the topic of the teaching. No prior experience required, just your presence!
