Serve Lunch at Lutheran Social Services

Lutheran Social Services runs extensive job and housing programs from its downtown Columbus campus, and a daily lunch is part of what it offers. On Tuesday, November 10, four Bexley Women’s Club members will help serve it.

The work is simple. The staff prepares the meal and we serve it. There is no cooking and nothing to bring. What volunteers add is a friendly face in a bright, welcoming dining room, and that is as much a part of the meal as the food.

We have four spots, so please sign up early. Once you are on the list, Peggy Hedden will arrange a carpool, which means no one has to manage downtown driving or parking alone.

Come join us for a worthwhile morning.
