Intermediate Adult Contemporary: Floorwork & Movement

About this event

Designed for dancers with previous contemporary or modern dance experience, this class focuses on building confidence, fluidity, and control in floorwork and transitional movement. Dancers will explore weight shifts, inversions, rolls, slides, spirals, and movement into and out of the floor while developing the strength and coordination needed to move safely and efficiently. Class will incorporate contemporary technique, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations that connect floorwork with dynamic full-body movement. Previous dance experience is recommended.
