About this event

Description: Students will participate in open full-contact sparring. This class will also include sparring drills to hone both offensive and defensive strategies to take into the ring. *You are only permitted to take 1 full-contact sparring class each day, no matter your pass type. Sparring Class Note: Students will work in close proximity to other students. Prerequisite: Level 1 Shorts, Students must have Kru's permission to participate in sparring. Equipment needed: shin guards, headgear, protective cup, mouth guard and sparring gloves (20 oz or heavier). Due to COVID-19, community shared gear is no longer available. *Equipment is available for purchase at the gym. Please support local business.
