About this event
Description: In this class, you will improve your Muay Thai technique as well as push your endurance and increase your strength. You will learn a series of foundational and effective combinations while improving your offensive and defensive game. Individuals will work on Muay Thai pads with other students in the class. Prerequisite: beginner course graduate, open to all levels Equipment needed: bag gloves
