About this event

Great for new students and those building up to Reformer classes. Our Beginner classes are designed to make you comfortable and confident on the Reformer. We will be focusing on Pilates principles, proper alignment and fundamentals. Once you have mastered those, we encourage students to move on to Reformer sessions.
